24 hours at sea aboard a Volvo 60<\/strong>, a 19.50m monohull from the Volvo Ocean Race<\/strong>, around the world sailing. A unique and unprecedented experience for teammates thirsty for jibing, tacking, tackling, conditions that are sometimes more than sporting\u2026 sensations, shall we say!<\/div>\n

Supervised by 3 professional offshore racing sailors, you embark for 24 hours non-stop as a teammate to live as a crew an exceptional experience<\/strong>.<\/div>\n

You will be 100% involved in the running of the boat<\/strong>, in the analysis of the route to follow and the night shifts. For sleeping and catering on board, that’s the union minimum! Bunks, a gas stove, freeze-dried food and a toilet.<\/div>\n

Extremely sailor and swift, Libertalia is a large 65-foot monohull<\/strong>, built for the open sea. On the deck, double helm station<\/strong> and double winch columns for the grinders<\/strong>! Hydraulics and ballasts complete the power on board. Rigged as a sloop with a carbon mast<\/strong>, this Volvo 60 has a large and varied wardrobe!<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

This exceptional formula is a parenthesis in the spirit of the Volvo Ocean Race<\/strong>. It allows on-board crew members to understand a “sailor’s slice” of what offshore professionals experience around the world as a crew.<\/div>\n

Confirmed sailor, passionate, curious but also novices if you feel like it, you will be supervised by a professional crew<\/strong> who will help you make the most of this offshore racing experience<\/strong>. 100% invested in the running of the boat, however, make sure you are at least moored! Be aware that there is no comfort on board such a performance oriented racing yacht<\/strong>. So this is not a quiet, family cruise!<\/div>\n
